Problem: I can't log in to my Accelerator website
Potential fix 1: Clear your browser cache and cookies.
How does this help?: Your accelerator site uses NGP VAN's ActionID. The ActionID is cookie based. That is, when logged in, it adds a cookie to your browser. This allows you to seamlessly move between the NGP database and the Accelerator website without having to constantly log in. Sometimes, a bad login can be cached. Clearing cache and cookies essentially resets your browser and allows you to log in "fresh" to ActionID.
Potential fix 2: Check to make sure your website administrator (or NGP) provisioned a user with the SAME email associated with your ActionID. It is also necessary that the email/ActionID associated with your Accelerator site is also associated with the NGP database.
Potential fix 3: If you can't remember your ActionID password, go to http://accounts.ngpvan.com and reset your password.
