NGP Forms

How are forms added?

Online forms are automatically added to your Accelerator site if the following requirements have been met:

1. Online Contributions has been deployed by NGP. This includes the approval and deployment of your credit card processing merchant account.

2. Forms have been created within the NGP database (Engagement > Online Page Manager) and published.

If the above requirements have been met, and you still do not see your forms, please contact Accelerator support.

Where can I see my forms?

You may view your available forms within the website by navigating to: Content > NGP Forms.

Can I alias form names?

Yes. You can add an alias for your form. Adding an alias "cleans" up the form and makes it easier to use in emails, literature, ect. For example: Original contribute form: can be aliased to:

To add a URL alias for your form(s) navigate to: Configuration > Search and Metadata > URL Aliases > Add Alias.
